pursuit for excellence
Implementing and accrediting a quality management system means deciding to base the company on the pursuit of organizational criteria aimed at ensuring not only customer satisfaction but also the constant improvement of business processes.
The enhancement of quality, the focus on customers, their requests and their expectations, pushed VSystem to undertake a structured path that led it in 2014, or less than a year after its opening, obtaining the first UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Subsequently, in 2017, there was the adaptation to the new UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Regulation, which brought significant improvements within the organization combined with a different awareness regarding how the system should be managed.
The constant pursuit for excellence which has always characterized our company, combined with the aim to explore new potential market segments, drove us during year 2020 to focus our energies for obtaining the UNI EN ISO 9100:2018 certification related to the quality system for aerospace, military and defense segments.
Accreditation was achieved in October 2020 and now our entire team is ready to focus on new challenges and continue to strengthen production processes and their supervision.
Ongoing through the path of special processes qualification, in June 2021 V System achieved the UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006 certification.
This standard defines the welding procedures, which we apply to the qualification of TIG welds on titanium alloys (alpha and alpha / beta) and on nickel alloys (inconel 625 / inconel 718).
On 1 August 2023, Vsystem completed the necessary procedures for the renewal of its UNI ISO 45001:2018 certification. Issued by the TÜV Italia regulatory body on 1 August 2023, the certification is valid until 31 July 2026.
Vsystem has been certified to the ISO 14001 standard in July 2024, following the completion of the High Level Structure certification cycle.
Here in V System we always pursue quality with commitment, as we consider it the best assurance to our customers.
